Latex Opony to firma, która bardzo mocno ewoluowała w ciągu minionych dwóch dekad – zmieniając się z serwisu opon w hurtownię, a następnie w wiodącego na polskim rynku dystrybutora opon i obręczy kół.
Korzystanie z projektów UE, zmiana systemu w 2009 r., ukierunkowanie na magazyny wysokiego składowania oraz stworzenie odrębnych działów były moim zdaniem kluczowymi punktami w rozwoju firmy w tamtych latach.
Kolejną ważną zmianą był podział na PM-specjalistów odpowiedzialnych za zakup poszczególnych grup asortymentu. Wieloletnie doświadczenie, ekspansja kanałów dystrybucji/sprzedaży oraz lokalizacji kolejnych magazynów przekładają się na możliwości dalszego rozwoju.

W firmie najbardziej cenię partnerskie relacje ze współpracownikami, spójność planowanych działań, możliwość rozwoju w kierunku swoich zainteresowań, w dużym stopniu możliwość swobodnego (nie narzuconego) sposobu działania oraz satysfakcję z wyników wynikających również z własnych pasji.
